Miles, William, Dereck, Yolanda and Kappitola "Drandma" visited Dame Pearlette on Wednesday, November 21, 2007, and presented My Grandma's Backyard to over 800 kids who enjoyed the story and the singing and dancing that followed! Even before we could leave Dame Pearlette Louisy Primary School, we had the pleasure of meeting some students individually and hearing and their dreams of writing their own book one day! In fact the principal said we can count on it!
